We came all the way from Germany to spend a magical weekend with our dearest friends and family on Lake Como. We chose Relais Villa Vittoria for its breathtaking view over Lake Como and because George Clooney lives next door – what else? To do justice to the beauty of the surrounding nature, we created a clean yet elegant setting, focusing on a white colour palette with a hint of citrus. The rest was down to the pure magic of the lake itself.
The celebrations began with a traditional pizza party on the day before the wedding, with cold drinks and hot pizza fresh from the oven. The following day, we exchanged vows on the terrace of the Relais, overlooking the lake, and enjoyed a slice of cake under a roof of blooming wisteria. We let the day come to an end under dazzling fary lights with the finest of Italian food and wine, before setting off on a beautiful boat ride into the sunset. It was the perfect way to celebrate our love and union and an unforgettable experience that we will always treasure. Lake Come is truly one of the most beautiful places in the world.
