Many claim that Emilia-Romagna is the new Tuscany. Sandra and Simon wanted these Dolce Vita feelings to be reflected at their wedding, and therefore decided to get married at Roncolo1888, a unique vineyard which includes a boutique hotel and high end restaurant. Nestled among green hills and endless cypress avenues, this Mediterranean oasis perfectly captures the spirit of Italy.

We incorporated the surrounding colours to create an elegant setting and authentic flair that reflected the beauty of the place: orange for the estate, green for nature and white for the interior. After a relaxed picnic on the day before the wedding, the celebrations continued with the ceremony in the venue's Italian garden. A stunning backdrop for the exchange of vows was the estate itself, the historic Villa Manodori.

As Emilia-Romagna is the home of Italian food and Motor Valley, there was no question that we needed an Italian cabriolet for the celebrations. So after a sip from the Champagne Tower, Sandra and Simon drove off into the sunset in a red 1970s Fiat 124 Spider.
